Humanities Teacher – Geography

We are working in association with a successful south Birmingham secondary school to appoint a qualified part time (0.6 fte) teacher of geography, commencing January 2018 for one term.

To be successful in this role you will be a creative educator who is passionate about your subject and through teaching, endeavour to share your enthusiasm to inspire the next generation. You must have excellent subject knowledge, the ability to deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils (Key Stage 5 is advantageous, but not essential) and committed to ensuring that the highest possible standards of pupil attainment and progress, personal development and well-being are achieved.

Female Physical Education Teacher

On behalf of a ‘good’ academy located in Sandwell, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic qualified female PE teacher to join their vibrant department in January 2018. This role is working part time (three full days per week), initially for one term, with the possibility of it continuing into the summer term.

The academy offers a wide range of sports and physical activities in a fantastic learning environment with specialist facilities. They are looking for a motivational PE teacher who shares their ethos that the PE curriculum extends well beyond health, fitness and physical activities but develops essential personal life skills that are transferrable across the academy and in everyday life. You must have a sound knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities and be able to effectively plan and teach skills, techniques, rules, tactics and strategies etc during creative and engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils.
